PRECISE MEASURING TECHNOLOGY
During final inspection, components are validated on a random-sample basis using high-resolution metrology. We utilize both tactile and optical systems, such as 3D coordinate measuring machines (CMM), as well as contour and surface measurement technology, enabling tolerance checks in the low micrometer range (<5 µm). All measurement data is digitally documented and can be retrieved at any time in an audit-proof format.

All processes – from incoming goods to final inspection – follow a consistently documented and certified quality management system. We place great emphasis on full lot traceability, batch-specific test plans, and statistical process control (SPC) to ensure stable and reproducible manufacturing processes.
